API Provider Setup

To authenticate a Freshdesk V2 element instance, you must know your API Key.

To find your API Key:

1. Log in to your Support Portal.
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal.
3. Click Profile settings.
4. Locate Your API Key below the Change Password section to your right.
